Everyone has hopes and dreams.
You once dreamt of being happy and confident – of living a meaningful life with meaningful relationships… fully engaged in work, family, and community.
But for whatever reason, life didn’t turn out that way.
Now, you’re plagued by racing thoughts and impossible expectations – to be the best mom, the best employee, the best wife, the… BEST.
When “life gets in the way”…
Sleep becomes a long-lost friend, and connections with friends seem few and far between.
You can’t let people in on your crippling self-doubt and fear of failure.
You can’t let others know how your kids have problems – how you have to keep them in line despite flaring tempers and yelling at them more than you want.
Must keep up the image of having it all together…
Got to hold it all together…
Got to…
Here, we give you options.
Let’s try hope instead of hysteria.
Let’s choose healing instead of hiding.
Whether you choose in-person or online sessions, our work starts by connecting and giving you a safe, nonjudgmental space to learn about yourself.
As a client-centered therapist, I believe you are the expert in your condition. You KNOW how you got here.
And I know how to help.
We’ll find the best method to transform your struggle into victory. We have art therapy, music, and sand trays at our disposal.
We can talk, scream, cry, and curse… and we’ll do it together.

About Me
I know how to support you as you heal.
I have almost ten years of clinical experience and lots of tools under my belt.
My training includes crisis intervention and stabilization, Seeking Safety, mindfulness, self-compassion, addressing the bodily sensations connected to stress and trauma, and creative interventions like art, music, sand tray, and play therapy.
And Lego… who doesn’t love Lego??
There’s a lighter side to my life, too…
When I’m not working, I’m usually reading textbooks for fun or catching up on the latest documentaries on serial killers on Netflix.
My cat, Ziggy, and I are often curled up on the couch with a cup of coffee and a true crime novel.
Or you can find me on the Internet looking up all the reasons my husband and I need to invest in miniature donkeys. I’m still trying to convince him we need an emotional support emu. He just buys me more Legos!
